Does the recipient need an account?
No. A postcard opens from a link, like mail. They only make an account if they want to pin it to a fridge or reply.
How does the free postcard work?
Your first postcard is on us and carries a small VP mark. After that it's 99p a card, or Plus for the higher allowance, and paying removes the mark.
Can I schedule a postcard?
Yes. Pick “on the day” when you post it and we’ll deliver it at the right time.
How do reminders work?
Add someone’s date and we’ll email you before it, at 60, 30, 7 days and on the day, whichever you choose.
Can I cancel Plus?
Anytime, from the customer portal. It keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
